Where we started
Plenty of people were interested in treatment. The hard part was getting them from a click to a consultation, then from a consultation to the chair.
So rather than just running ads, we looked at everything that happens after someone clicks.
What we built
We ran Facebook ads for the treatments the practice wanted more of. We split tested the creative and moved the budget to whatever was bringing patients in.
Every ad pointed to a consultation page we built in GoHighLevel with one job: getting a booking.
The moment someone enquired, they got a text and a call. If they went quiet, they got up to three more follow-ups.
Behind it all sat a lead tracking app, so the practice team could see where every enquiry was, from first click to first appointment.
What happened
Over six months the ads brought in 109 leads, at around £33 each.
29 of those people started treatment. Another 15 were still being followed up when we pulled these numbers together.
That’s a 28.7x return on what the practice spent on ads.
